Re^3: LTSpiceでIGBT「IRGBC40U」をシミュレーションするとき

ありがとうございます。
添付しますのでよろしくお願いします。

質問に挙げた回路では、IGBT#1と、#4とを接続せず、それぞれに個別に負荷抵抗を接続して試しましたが、
こちら↓は、IGBT#1と#4をペア、#3と#4をペアにして接続したものです。
